Breeding
Our animals are bred in our family farms, which are bio-certified. The Picturesque Vratsa Balkan with altitude from 1200 to 1400 metres creates the best conditions for their breeding – wide pristine pastures, which abound in over 300 different types of herbs, clean and fresh air and spring water. The way our animals are fed has a huge effect on the quality protein content of meat.
Our farms have 2100 decares of bio-certified pastures, of which we take a good care and try to increase their productivity with each passing year. Our horses are fed naturally with natural food, without the use of any antibiotics and hormones.
Production
Our production base is located on the outskirts of Vratsa. It is newly built and modern, according to all European requirements. It has its own licensed slaughterhouse. All this gives us the opportunity to do things personally and the delicacies, which, until recently, were only on our table cpuld be now shared with you without any compromise in the quality.
